

Sugar free choc chip protein snacks
INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops Collagen Straight Up
- 100g Dark chocolate chips (or you can smash up your favourite block of dark chocolate)
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 2 overripe bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 175 degrees
- Mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl and then leave to sit in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Divide into balls (depending how big you want your cookies to be) and flatten, before placing onto a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Leave to cool for 10 minutes (or as long as you're able to wait) and enjoy!
