Sugar free choc chip protein snacks

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops Collagen Straight Up
  • 100g Dark chocolate chips (or you can smash up your favourite block of dark chocolate)
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 overripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 175 degrees
  • Mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl and then leave to sit in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Divide into balls (depending how big you want your cookies to be) and flatten, before placing onto a lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Leave to cool for 10 minutes (or as long as you're able to wait) and enjoy!
