

Healthy Snickers Bars
INGREDIENTS
Base
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
Caramel
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- pinch salt
- 2 scoops Collagen Straight Up
- 3 tbsp peanuts
Topping
- 200g 80% dark chocolate
- more chopped peanuts
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix together all of the base ingredients and press into your lined baking dish.
- Bake for 12 minutes
- Mix together all of your ingredients for the caramel layer and spread on top of base.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Melt dark chocolate and pour over the top of your slice, sprinkle with peanuts
- Leave in fridge to set for 10 minutes
- Slice and enjoy!
