Healthy Snickers Bars

INGREDIENTS

Base

  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour

Caramel

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • pinch salt
  • 2 scoops Collagen Straight Up
  • 3 tbsp peanuts

Topping

  • 200g 80% dark chocolate
  • more chopped peanuts

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together all of the base ingredients and press into your lined baking dish.
  3. Bake for 12 minutes
  4. Mix together all of your ingredients for the caramel layer and spread on top of base.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Melt dark chocolate and pour over the top of your slice, sprinkle with peanuts
  7. Leave in fridge to set for 10 minutes
  8. Slice and enjoy!
