

Tiramisu Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 scoop Collagen Straight Up
- milk of choice
- 3 tablespoons vanilla Greek yoghurt
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all of your dry ingredients and espresso shot in a bowl or glass and stir.
- Add milk - enough to cover the dry ingredients and stir. It should be quite milky but don't worry because it will be absorbed by the oats and chia seeds.
- Cover and leave in the fridge overnight
- Top with yoghurt and a dusting of cocoa powder
*If you don't have an espresso maker at home, don't worry! A teaspoon of instant coffee will work just as well!
