Tiramisu Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 scoop Collagen Straight Up
  • milk of choice
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla Greek yoghurt

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all of your dry ingredients and espresso shot in a bowl or glass and stir.
  • Add milk - enough to cover the dry ingredients and stir. It should be quite milky but don't worry because it will be absorbed by the oats and chia seeds.
  • Cover and leave in the fridge overnight
  • Top with yoghurt and a dusting of cocoa powder

*If you don't have an espresso maker at home, don't worry! A teaspoon of instant coffee will work just as well!
