Chewy Chocolate Brownies
INGREDIENTS
2 scoops Collagen Straight Up
2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp ground flaxseed (or 1/2 mashed banana)
2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
Dark chocolate chips or chunks of dark chocolate
DIRECTIONS
Preheat an oven to 170 degrees and line a medium sized baking dish with baking paper.
Add all of your ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine
Transfer to your lined baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Leave to cool for 10 minutes and enjoy warm, either on its own or with a dollop of yoghurt.
